The swimming pool, built in 2018, is one of the newest of its kind in Lithuania.

Innovative, providing high quality health and swimming sports services, development, innovation, successfully organising swimming sports, ensuring a smooth inter-institutional partnership that maximises the health and employment needs of all clients.
Objectives of the institution:
Providing swimming pools, saunas and saunas, leisure, health and other services to the public, organising sporting and recreational events, developing and improving the infrastructure of the services provided, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the services;
Non-formal education for children and adults and/or education complementing formal education;
To professionally implement the planned health, social welfare and advertising services, and to promote the development of leisure services and entertainment;
Implement a youth employment programme;
Participate in city, regional, national and international events;
Encouraging people with special needs or physical disabilities to take part in active sport;
Promote physical culture and sport;
To contribute to the development of the infrastructure of the tourism sector in Rokiškis district, providing leisure, active recreation, sports and health services to the national and foreign population;
Developing the physical infrastructure needed to provide services for health, recreation and sport, active recreation and leisure.
Objectives of the institution:
Providing a wide range of physical education, sport and wellness services, active recreation and leisure services for domestic and foreign residents;
Sports activities for children and young people;
To provide swimming lessons for primary school children in all general education schools in the district, and to organise sport and fitness events in the swimming pool;
To provide good sanitary and hygienic conditions for pool users and to improve them continuously.
