1. Is pre-registration required to access the pool?
Pre-registration is not possible. During the busiest times of the pool, it is recommended to call before arriving with a larger group.
2. What are the opening hours of the swimming pool and saunas?
Pool opening hours: Mondays 1-10 p.m., Tuesday to Friday 8 a.m.-10 p.m., weekends 10 a.m.-10 p.m.

3. What happens if I stay inside longer than the time I paid for?
Už pradelstą laiką baseine nuo 10 iki 20 min., reikės susimokėti 2 eur mokestį kasoje.
4. Can I purchase a gift voucher online?
Gift vouchers can be purchased both at the pool box office and on the TicketMarket online platform. Gift voucher values: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 100 EUR. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
5. If I left my things in the pool, where can I look for them?

6. From what age do children have swimming lessons?
Group swimming lessons are held for children aged 5-6 and older.
7. Does the pool have mother and child rooms?
Yes, we do. The room is equipped with a changing table, hairdryer, lockers and other essentials.
8. Do you have discounts?
We have discounts for seniors, disabled people, students, schoolchildren, families with a Rokiškis large family card and POLA card holders.
Nuolaidos taikomos pateikus pažymėjimą ar kortelę. Taip pat baseine taikomos “Laimės valandos” – pirmadieniais ir antradieniais nuo 17:00 iki 18:00 val. ir savaitgaliais nuo 10:00 iki 11:00 val. Lankytojai švenčiantys savo gimtadienį, gali gauti gimtadienio nuolaida.

10. Do you offer swimming lessons?

11. If a mother and son, or a father and daughter, want to come, do you have a shared changing room?
We do not have a shared changing room. In this case, you can use the mother and child's room.
12. What is prohibited in the pool?
- to bring in and consume food products (chewing gum) and drinks (except drinking water in plastic containers);
- swimming in the pool without special diapers, for children under 4 years of age and visitors with special needs;
- it is strictly forbidden to pour water on the stones of the heating stove in the sauna (except in the Lithuanian sauna);
- bring and use your own infusions, essential oils, and "vantas" in the saunas;
- Intoxicated persons are forbiden from entering the swimming pool or sauna, bringing in alcoholic beverages or consuming them;

13. Why is it necessary to shower before visiting the pool?
Normally, sweat, lint, and other substances remain on a person's skin, which, if not washed off in a shower, enter the pool water and contaminate it. Bacteria grow in it, causing unwanted irritation.
15. What do you need to have for children's swimming training?
Must have:
- for girls – a one-piece swimsuit, for boys – swimming trunks;
- clean, non-slip pool slippers;
- swimming cap and goggles (recommended);
- towel and hygiene products.
16. I lost my access bracelet. What should I do?
In this case, you must contact the cashier. A fee of 10 EUR applies for a lost (lost) access bracelet. If you took the bracelet with you from the pool, please return it at the pool cashier.
17. Who is responsible for the safety of children in the pool?
Adults and accompanying persons who come with children are fully responsible for their safety.
